We have strict picking and packing procedures, but occasionally (especially in very busy periods) mistakes are made.
If you have placed on order and you think there is an issue, please raise a support ticket and include photos of what you received, your order number and a description of what is wrong.

If you have just changed your mind and no longer want your order, I'm afraid we don't process change of mind refunds.
We run our business as efficiently as possible with just two people and we want to keep it that way to keep our prices down. Our priorities are packing orders and supporting customers with any questions and order issues. This keeps us pretty busy!
